3 life changing lessons i learned from blogging

blogging tips
Hey ladies

It has been a while since i had the chance to sit down in front of my computer and just write my mind. I have been moving apartments and it has been a few hectic days ehh… weeks! However, I am excited about our new place and i am looking forward to designing it my way and sharing the end results with you guys. But for now, let’s talk about blogging! I never dreamed of how important and exciting blogging has become to me. Every day is filled with meeting new people from all over the world and being part of exciting new projects. Here are 3 things that really stand out to me in the blogging world and which helped me succeed as a blogger.

The life changing lessons i learned from blogging

Believing is Succeeding

First and foremost, it does not matter if your blog is not perfect or your life for that matter in order to succeed. If you are self-assured in your work people will pick up on that. I remember when starting my blog i was so shy and so scared that i will run into people asking me what on earth i think i am doing. But guess what so far i only heard positive things and being confident in what I’m doing made me be more open to peoples thoughts. My blog is not some million dollar company nor is it a famous and professional website, but i still feel proud of my work and believe in it.

Keep It Real

In today’s world where you could download, save and copy so easily its hard to sometimes come up with your own material and thoughts. I easily get sidetracked by all these fancy and famous blogs and i have to remind myself that people who come here want to hear what I think what I am passionate about. Being real is part of writing a blog where you give people an inside peek into YOUR own world and not somebody else’s. The posts with the most views are those that popped up in my head spontaneously and the ones that came from my passion and own thoughts.

Be A Part Of Something

In your life, in the world and in the blogging industry, you will always have people that will put you down in order to make themselves feel greater. Blogging has opened up a whole new world of girlfriends that support each other and do not care about your status, background or image. I joined Style Collective earlier this year and i made great friends along the way. Your life is so much more exciting shared with people with the same passion. Connecting with others gives me a great outlet after of a long day caring for my child. Being a part of something like a community of great bloggers makes me feel like i am not the only one out there and it feel great i must say:)

Believing in succeeding is something I was taught at a young age. It’s amazing how powerful our minds are and how optimism and determination play such a huge role in our lives!!!

I love this. I get so sidetracked by other people’s famous blogs that I sometimes lose motivation to blog myself because I’m not doing as well as they are. I have to remind myself that comparing gets me nowhere!

Believing is succeeding is the best advice! I always tell myself that we are all on our own path to success so it helps me focus on my goals and not compare myself to others!

The journey of blogging is telling our own story, and I feel super fortunate to do just that! Thanks for encouraging us to keep it real!
